Lore products include, but are not limited to:

Lore Frodo, the digital twin for every employee
Lore Trace, the core product for organizational memory and decision traceability
Lore Warden, a product for monitoring, analysis, and incident or decision intelligence
Any future products, features, or services offered under the Lore brand

By accessing or using any Lore product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the authority to bind your organization if using Lore on behalf of a company

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring users within your organization are authorized

Lore may suspend or terminate access to protect security, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

4. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the services for unlawful purposes
Interfere with system performance or integrity
Bypass access controls or usage limits

Access may be subject to plan limits, pilots, trials, or separate commercial agreements.

5. Integrations and Connected Systems

Lore products may integrate with third-party tools and systems, including but not limited to:

Communication platforms
Issue tracking systems
Code repositories
Document storage services
Cloud infrastructure providers

By connecting an integration, you authorize Lore to ingest and process data from that source solely to provide the service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect such data.

6. Customer Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide or connect to Lore.

Lore does not sell customer data.

Lore processes customer data only to:

Provide and operate the services
Generate outputs requested by users
Improve reliability, safety, and performance

7. AI and Automated Processing

Lore products use automated systems and artificial intelligence to analyze, summarize, reconstruct, or infer information from customer data.

Outputs are generated based on available inputs and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You remain responsible for verifying outputs and for decisions made using the services.

8. Confidentiality

Lore treats customer data as confidential.

Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel and systems and is logged and monitored.

9. Security

Lore implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data.

Security certifications, audits, or attestations may be in progress or updated over time.

No system is completely secure, and you acknowledge this risk.

10. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time.

Lore may suspend or terminate access:

For violations of these Terms
For non-payment where applicable
To comply with legal requirements

Upon termination, data handling will follow the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreements.

11. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Lore disclaims all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Lore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lore's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months

13. Changes to These Terms

Lore may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
